Work with us

The Koestler Arts Team is a highly motivated, hardworking, and fun group of people. We are passionate about encouraging and championing creativity in secure settings and bringing that creativity to a wider public audience. Because our team is small everyone gets a good overview in the running of an arts in criminal justice charity, through helping out at events, collaborating across teams, and supporting each other. In turn, we offer lots of opportunities to learn new things and broaden your experience.

Values & Inclusion

    • Empowering the people we work with to participate, share and learn
    • Trusted and relied on by the people and partners we work with
    • Welcoming in everything we say and do – going further to reach those less able to participate
    • Imaginative in the approaches we take to plan, deliver and evaluate our programmes
